PERSONAL DATA AND INFORMATION

a. Recording of Information about Users

LU informs Users that visits to the Website are recorded. LU is entitled to use information recorded in this way for statistical purposes. However, no personal data permitting Users to be identified is collected through this recording process. Users that do not wish to comply with this obligation should not visit the Website.

b. Personal Data

LU collects, processes, transmits and stores personal data that Users provide when they register under the “Newsletter” heading (hereinafter “Personal Data”) in compliance with the French Personal Data Act, Act no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended.
