By using or viewing the Website, Users are deemed to agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use.

USE OF THE WEBSITE

Users are free to consult the Data on the Website or in the Newsletter for their own private non-commercial use, provided they respect the intellectual property rights of LU and/or third parties, as defined in Article 5 below.
LU will regularly update the Data, at its own convenience.
Despite the care used in creating and updating the Website, errors, inaccuracies or omissions may occur, as well as difficulties in connecting to the Website or connection interruptions. LU declines all liability in this regard.
b. Subscription to Website Current Events
Under the “Newsletter” heading, LU offers Users the possibility of staying abreast, free of charge, of LU current events and to receive such news by email.

Users are informed that sending them news concerning LU requires the User to transmit personal data, which LU will use and keep in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 below.

Consequently, any reproduction and/or presentation and/or circulation of such pages and Data, in whole or in part, is forbidden without LU’s prior, express, written authorization.

The photographs reproduced on the Website are part of the Data owned by LU and/or its content suppliers and are, therefore, covered by the provisions of Article 5(a) above.

PERSONAL DATA AND INFORMATION
a. Recording of Information about Users
LU informs Users that visits to the Website are recorded. LU is entitled to use information recorded in this way for statistical purposes. However, no personal data permitting Users to be identified is collected through this recording process. Users that do not wish to comply with this obligation should not visit the Website.
b. Personal Data
LU collects, processes, transmits and stores personal data that Users provide when they register under the “Newsletter” heading (hereinafter “Personal Data”) in compliance with the French Personal Data Act, Act no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended. LU will use such Personal Data solely to inform Users of Website current events and for statistical purposes. Users who wish to receive information about Website current events are required to complete the information requested under the “Newsletter” heading.
LU hereby undertakes not to sell or transfer such Personal Data to third parties other than, if necessary, the service providers referred to in Article 1.
Personal Data is kept during the entire time Users subscribe to the Newsletter and is destroyed if Users unsubscribe to this service.

LU has no control over Outside Websites and, therefore, assumes no liability, in particular, with respect to the content thereof and the hypertext links that appear on the Outside Websites. LU is not liable for the circulation on the internet of any data received from an Outside Website, or if Outside Websites do not operate or do not operate properly or if they cause damage to Users’ IT systems.
