AN ACADEMY IN FLORIDA

Every year, the sports Elite Training Center of Saddlebrook in Florida, not far from Tampa, welcomes hundreds of talented athletes eager to perfect their skills or improve their physical condition.

On-site accommodation is provided to the athletes who have access to high-performance facilities for sport, relaxation and recovery.

A team of well-known professional coaches are on hand to help them fine tune their game, improve their technique and get mentally prepared. The program includes fitness sessions on and off the court as well as specialized exercises designed for cohesiveness, precision and monitoring of match play.

Attendees can stay all year round or for intensive training courses.

Saddlebrook aims at developing the ability of each athlete and helping him or her to reach the highest potential — as an athlete and as an individual.

The results of these efforts will show a well-balanced and mature person ready to take on life’s challenges. Saddlebrook has a number of professionals and players like James Blake, Mardy Fish, John Isner and the Bryan brothers training at the Academy.
